Centrally located in Pasadena's historic Playhouse Village district, the AC Hotel Pasadena has transformed a site that sat as an empty lot for 20 years.

After our team's involvement, the project underwent a five-year entitlement process, navigating both COVID-19 restrictions and city requirements to secure approvals and begin construction. This landmark development opened February 2025 and is operated by our sister company, Welcome Group.
