Outside of work, Arjun enjoys time with his wife and daughter, cheering on the Lakers, and taking long walks with his Doberman, Romeo.

Foundation for success
Our origins trace back to Amar and Rita Shokeen, who launched an IT services company in 1996. Their entrepreneurial spirit led to expansion into real estate, acquiring their first hotel in 2000. Their son, Arjun, joined the company in 2014, with the first development project taking place the following year.
Since then, we've evolved into a vertically integrated real estate company, owning, operating, and developing properties with a focus on creating long-term value through patient investment.
